nothing can make me want this more....

i don't understand people who are closed minded. i'm sorry, i was raised with openminded parents, and i surround myself with openminded people. i just can't fathom it. do these closed minded people wake up in the morning and remind themselves which group of people they dislike or are confused about? perhaps they just don't understand, and while its not an excuse, it makes it easier for me to understand, kind of. personally, if i don't understand something, i ask. if i'm intrigued, i do my research, the internet is a wonderful thing, or i ask people that i know about their personal experiences. i have learned many thing by just talking to people about their lives, just simply asking questions and listening to the answers. getting to know people. i think every body has a story to share with the worldl, and while some peoples stories are far less interesting, others tend to make up for it with their intriguing stories. i have run across people who walk very different likestlyes than myself, and while i would have thought we would have never had anything in common, i have been mistaken on many occations. i'm interested in people, they are my reason for being, i feel, and i don;t understand when people disrespect other peoples lives. it just seems so silly and immature. perhaps i'm just naive.
